Re: Feelings on Union

Sumahit, I hope you didnt think I was implying that all installers should decide to become union employees, because I wasnt. Employees and Indys have different goals. Employess want to be good employees and indys want to be good and profitable small corporations. But we all have 1 thing in common. We want the value of the work we perform to grow along with the growth of the industry. And I feel unions help that cause.
