Well let's see. Turn over rates are lower when you have to deal with the UNION to fire a HACK! There are many of them out there (most carry UNION cards to protect their RIGHTS)!
UNIONS are more likely used for government jobs because.
They use their power (dollars collected from members) to grease the palms of the politicians they are getting work from!
They are most likely to have the correct # of none Caucasian men!
How do they meet or exceed deadlines?
They set goals that my children could meet.
If they fail QC (see greased palms above).
However I don't believe all unions are bad. Some example's.

Any Pizza and extra cheese
Soap & Water
Strand & Lasher
Women & Down Time
