Ill take 2 more cents if you dont mind....
Please tell me what unions do to protect hacks. Explain to me how protecting a hack is good for a union when its time to negotiate a new contract. Explain to me how having a union full of hacks will give the union a better chance of getting better contracts. Tell me why contractors would continue to employ these people knowing they will hurt their business. Im thinking if YOU know all this the people who actually employ these workers know it also. I wonder why they dont say these same things. Maybe having hack union employees is good for their business. I would have never thought this to be true, so if you have a second, give me 2 more cents, and explain a little further how you feel this all works.
