i'll jump.
there at most all unions an employee has three times to get a write up.this is usualy standard. if he gets a right up say on 11-25-05 then from that point on meaning his workmanship from that point is then watched. everything before that usualy falls by the wayside. if he screws up again then anther write up. and on the third write up it's usualy a repramend. wich could be a termination of said member. at wich time the union still has a say on weather it is justifiable or not.
that is why alot of companies don't want a union. they can't afford a group of these hacks making mistakes and watching the profit margin go down.
