Adds posted for work ASAP then no response

Any body else respond to adds here, where you easily meet all their qualifications and they claim they need people ASAP, but you never here back from them in any way shape or form. Are some of these adds bogus?? Hey some companies reply, but most never do. Not even a thanks, but no thanks. What's up with that? (shocked)
