Digital Boxes

Hey Dawgs, When My Company Hooks Up Digital Converters We Havt To Run A Phone Line To The Box If They Want Ppv. But Alot Of These Customers Take The Phone Line Off Then Great Lakes Sends Us Non Responders Lists Saying They Cant Call The Digital Box. Is There Another Way Around This With Out Hooking Up A Phone Line To The Box? I Know You Can Disable The Ppv But Can You Have The Customer Call A # To Order Ppv After Hrs? Hope This Dont Sound Like A Dumb Question But I As Far As I Am Concerned The Only Dumb Question Is The One You Dont Ask. Thanks For The Help, Learned Alot From You Dawgs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
