Oh course you will need to either change out the DCT or DHCT box or you might...maybe get luckey and change out the boxes internal modem. We had telco return for a year and lost our a#*. Went to full diplex (2 way) non responders dropped by 90%.
The company needs to crawel out of the 19th century and hire some of the Dawgs here to get that return loaded, balanced and swept for ya....then sell the hell outta PPV. Then drop some high speed internet on them too.
