Re: Mastec North America

No. 1 Unions Are A Third Party
No. 2 Their Goal Is To Collect Dues, Don't Pay Them And You Are Fired.
No. 3 Some Of The Employees Decided What Is In The Contract. The Rest Are Given What These Few Want In The To Vote On. That Is The Part You Sign On.
No. 4 Why Would You Trust A Union That The People Running It Do Not Lose Their Income There Is A Walkout Or The Company Closes.
No. 5 In A Union You Can Hide Behind The Union Shield If You Are A Bad Worker.
You Amke A Good Union Rep. You Tell The Side That The Union Wants You To Hear.
Best Thing Is If You Don't Like The Job,Pay Or Standards In The Work Place, Find Another Job. Enough People Do That And That Company Will Not Be There Or If It Is The Employee Not The Company, The Employee Will Sooner Or Later Not Be Able To Get A Job.

My Personal Insight From Being A Union Member For Too Many Years To Count (Afl-Cio, Ibew)
