I agree unions are for workers that do not want to work and carry their own weight. If you are un happy working for a company find another job, if they cant get enough people to work for them they will have to make changes.
Make sure you know what the union wages are before you vote and take in acount what the dues will cost you. All you will do by voting in a union is have another bite taken out of your paycheck.
