We are working on a grounding project. One of the gigs we received was for "hard 90's". In other words, bending the ground wire very sharply at 90 degrees. They are saying that when we make turns with the ground wire, it must be a smooth turn somewhat like a base ball or a that of a coke can. I heard somewhere that if this line was to become charged it could arc at the turns if they are to hard. I've also heard something about it causing too much resistance.
Comments appreciated. Especially from any eletrical engineers!
Thanks for all comments !
