The reason I ask is this; I've been around the game for 5 years.
In those years I've managed,supervised and of course ran routes
I have yet to see happy tech's or satisfied companies.
The biggest complaint techs have is checkes being on time and
accuate. The biggest complaint with companies are "no one wants to work" NOW the answer to my question is simple, pay the techs correctly and get good work, right! The average person would think that but why isn't that the case? A person can still make a descent living in this profession, can't he or she?
So what makes a perfectcompany or is this possible? I'm about to manage my 2nd company and I don't want to make the same mistakes that many contractors (primes) have made I want to be around alittle while.
So please only the experience reply.
