I think you said it right,,,, Pay the tech's on time and what they're owed. If they aren't honest, can't keep up with footage, or keep making mistake after mistake, then get rid of them. Pay the ones that do a good job a decent wage, treat them with the respect you expect, and be HONEST for God's sake, that's something that's also been lost along the way. Didn't mean to keep goin on, but it really is getting pathetic out there. The unprofessionalism is really across the board, from labor, to tech, to mgrs, to primes. I really hope things change for the better for everyone soon!! Good luck ya'll
