I must confer, Cableman 960 said it best, But I have learned in the past. Don't go to work for companys That hold back 3 weeks & most of all talk to the techs before you sign a contract if their is bullcrap within the company you will here it. I usually go out with 3 different techs on 3 different days & just drill them for info. If the company sends you out with the same guy he might be there kiss ass, so in the morning mingle with the other techs and find out ...
