Kelley, and any other women who feel they have the right stuff:
I have several women working for me in the field and they can handle a ladder as well as any man if they are properly trained. These are installers, not linemen. But anyone that is properly trained can hook too.

Fellow Cable "dawgs". I have been in the CATV industry for over 23yrs and still LOVE it!
I am not claiming to be a SweepGod by no means...But, I do put forth my all.
I realize that many of you out there may or may not be spiritual. I am not trying to push it.
