I worked on the El Paso build in "95" Put up miles and miles of fiber for Hmmmm.... was that TCI or Time Warner, I forgot. Not only am I getting old I'm losing my mind too.

Captcable: all that means is that you've done your job of teaching, correctly. They now have the confidence to be on their own. I myself, am not impressed when, after 6mos, Mr/Ms.,Trainee still wont take the inititive.

Women can be excellent climbers, one of the best I've seen works for what is now AT&T Romeoville, IL. Great tech too. Besides, should all the men who "use a ladder 'cause it's easier" become secretaries?

I should clarify, after reading my own note, that I meant to say she is one of the best climbers I have seen, not best female climber. It looked like it could have been misunderstood the way I stated it.
