Greetings,
As you read my words don't assume that I am not in touch with what has been going on. Do not think it is because I have anything in-particular against Unions. What I want to suggest is strategic thinking and acting for anytype situation. I am not attacking unions, organizations, or any person.
I have always been cautious about going to new ideas when things are tough. I am of the thinking 'Don't make decisions when you seem to be in the valley, foresight is limited. We don't know what is over next ridge. Making changes here and noew seem to be more of a retreat then a charge. We seem to be looking for strength in numbers, I don't always agree with that. This industry may be playing us into their grubby little controlling hands.
I have many more questions later. I have to get going . I wanted to throw this out there so that others would have time to look from differernt perspective.
