I just wanted to reply to your comment. I see your concern,
and it is just. The main problem is that they (the cable providers) are already forming corperate rates. At least half the large cities in the country are already using them,
and I've seen many of them with my own eye's. It's not getting better. Rates at the majority of the large primes
went down appon nationalization. It's time for this to stop. We need to freeze this drop, and begin bringing it back up.
An eye for an eye has to stop. It's time for this to end, and a mutual understanding to begin.
