What the hell is the difference beween a fiber crew,constr. crew,aer. crew!

Just wondering what the fuck is the difference between an aerialcrew,fiber crew,constr crew,Is this industry becomin so unskilled that we have guys that just do fiber,what if a piece of coax needed to be lashed first,Is the fiber crew gonna stop and wait for a coax crew to lash a piece of coax and tottaly stop production,or if strand need to be put up cause the fiber is routed a different way,gotta wait for a strand crew now,WHAT THE FUCK!!I thought there were grndhands,lineman appr.,lineman,journeyman lineman!Thats how I always knew what you know,by your title!If a fiber guy cant run coax or put up strand he needs to go back to grnhnd status,etc!This comes from ALL YOU FLY BY NIGHT CONTRACTORS WHO DONT GIVE A RATS ASS WHAT THE FINISH PRODUCT LOOKS LIKE,JUST GET THE SHIT UP AND GIVE ME MY PAYCHECK!!NOT TALKIN ABOUT ANYONE IN PERTICULAR ,BUT IF THE SHOE FITS WEAR IT MOTHERFUCKER!!!
