Job Postings observation

As I look through the job postings there is a common thread these days.........very few are looking for a contractor, the majority want employees. I'm so glad I lived and worked before this new craze, had a great relationship with the hiring body and was paid accordingly. Now it seems the employers want to pay hourly and control every aspect of your life even off the clock with their requirements. I hope that when this trade breaks loose again for the FTTP race that these brokers/middlemen/employers go away......."Skid"
