I have always noticed a trend of having links for resume. Big ad no company info just a link to send email. Who wants to send a resume to some undisclosed email? On another note I sent them an email asking for information on company ,scope,etc. That was a month ago. I guess they only want people who dont ask questions first. I would think people would like to know the company beofore they "Apply".
