I did get a chance to run a site assessment today, pretty much as you say, gapping holes in one wall, etc; others were fire sealed and had conduit. The four rooms are pretty spread out from the IDF/telecom/network closet so I will have to run a considerable distance to the actual locations.
Considering they received this DTV equipment free under this program it may take some salesmanship to get an understanding of the install proposal
