So I requested my 1099's and 1 particular company gave me a 1099 showing $22K in labor. Every pay was processed direct deposit into my bank account. So I pull up my statements and they confirmed my suspicions. About $8K was all that I did with that company. You guys seeing this happen out there any? I won't report any labor but what was paid from statements....should I turn them in?
Companies falsifying 1099's??
