You can try the lien idea..........however there are a few things to consider.
The homeowner didn't make any deal with you. You cannot legally even go on their property to retrieve your materials. You don't really want them back anyway.
DO check the state law where you worked for exactly how you have to proceed buy you will have to do a seperate case for each address...there may be a fee for each one$$$$$$$.
What you really want is to be paid. Getting a few homeowners to contact Charter and complain about this letter of INTENT to sue each address may get Charter to move on your customer / contracttor.
Have you attempted going around Tri-Wire and billing Charter directly...letting them know you are not paid?
