The Iraq war had nothing to do with 9/11. 9/11 occured during the Bush Presidency, not Clinton. Bush did not seek a declaration of war, nor did any democrat ( or republican for that matter) sign off on it. Bush has to take responsibilty for the thousands of Americans that died in 9/11, and for the sake of argument Obama is responsible for the 2 journalist killed by ISIS, even though the murders didnt occur on American soil. IM just curious though. Can you name another president responsible for the death of non military people that occured in other countries. I guess this is just one of those new Obama things.
You say we need to remember Obama controlled both Houses of Congress. Fine, but you should also remember that, during that same time period, Obama saw a RECORD number of GOP filibusters. IIRC, Obama saw more filibusters in that short time period than previous POTUSs saw their entire presidency.
You make the claim that VA can not deviate from what the computer says for treatment. Are you willing to stand by that claim?? What happend to this vet is unfortunate, and its also something that ocuurs in the private market. Insurance companies have always had the power to determine if certain procedures are considered elective vs mandatory. But, just like us with private insurance, this vet always has the option to pay for the surgery out of pocket.
You seem obsessed with asking people who support Obamacare if they are signed up with Obamacare. The Obamacare exchanges are just 1 small part of the law. Obamacare sets a minimum standard for health insurance sold inside and outside the exchanges. So if you have healthinsurance, you are basically covered under Obamacare. The exchanges are means tested. They are not for everyone. This is the kind of nonsense that needs to be explained to people who spent the last 4 years trying to make Obamacare something that it is not.
