Never use channel locks they scratch the fittings every job I have ever been on would send you home if you used them.ive been splicing coax for 20 years so I'm not a rook instead get a good set of Cresent wrenches 12in should fit all sizes of fittings. A 3/4 wrench for h2h and 90s a 7/16s for drop fittings a 9/16 for rg11. As with anything buy the best you can afford
