I know that money is why we do our jobs! But if given an incentive program (say over 90 days) and keeping in mind that it is not meant to replace your weekly pay structure.... (just motivational) ...
1. What would motivate you to participate in an incentive program? (awards, prizes, recognition)... please be specific - also please tell me if you are a contractor or employee.
