Re: Incentive Question

As a small business owner I often give gifts to my guys that are doing it the way they are supposed to.  I like to give them things to make their job easier  i.e.(drills, tool bags with all the goodies, etc..). I do this to keep the newbies motivated and for the most part it does work.  I also bring breakfast and sometimes will get the guys up here for a cookout. i realize that being a contractor these days isnt the easiest of jobs, so i do whatever i can to make sure that they are taken care of.. Without the techs we are nothing.....
