contract supervisor position

I am trying to get general feeling (survey) the Contract company I work for just changed all supervisors and Lead tech positions to production supervisor positions.  We are expected to complete all job outlined as a supervisor i.e. (QC, metrics, escalations, tech buffers and tech field training) and expected to get 85 to 120 point per week at supervisor salary wages.  Knowing the industry I feel this is wrong what your feelings.
