The few "field supervisors" I have had a chance to observe soon discovered they gat about the same money regardless of how hard they work. So they would cherry pick their route to select the real profitable jobs on the way to and from their home. OCs would take place along the same path. All "field training" would happen near the office.
All this just seemed efficient to me. Where I got off the bus was when it became obvious a few of them were failing adequate work to run up the charge back score.
