Your right taxes here are outrageous. And being bi-lingual is almost a must. Alot of the working people here seem to be moving away to places like Colorado. The unemployment rate here is around 9%. If you are working and make $30 an hour, you may get to see $15 of it. Calif. has turned into a welfare state, but the weather is good. Good luck in your venture.
