regarding getting something expunged--you can do it yourself-you dont need a lawyer--go to the county clerk of the county its in and they will give you a court date-you go before the judge and he can expunge it--it will cost about a hundred dollars for court costs and background check---dont try it if you have committed other offenses since then-you wont get it---------i did it and it was pretty easy and it takes about 6 weeks before it wont show up if someone checks you..hope this helps someone
