If you were arrested, tried, but never convicted of a DUI or other offense or the conviction was overturned on appeal, you can probably get the whole record expunged.  Would advise checking with an expungment lawyer even if convicted.  Probably cost about 1K if he or she takes the case.  Can find out if it is worth it for free so why not inquire?
