Here's my view and feel free to speak your opinion.
If you are hired to do a job, not everyday is going to be peachy and if you cant handle your job then go home.
A bus monitor's description is not to go along for the bus ride, it is to keep kids in line. Again if you cant handle the job then dont board the bus.
