No matter what her job description is, it doesn't include being disrespected and harrassed by a bunch of punks!...and it's not her job to discipline kids...she's a monitor; that is, she keeps an eye on things so that the driver can concentrate on driving. She reports any problems to the transportation supervisor or Principal. If my kid did that, he would not only have a red ASS, he would also be WALKING to school next year!
