Yes your guys get paid more than the in house counterparts. But the in house guys have, material paid for, a company vehicle, benefits AND a guaranteed paycheck. Not saying you'll short them, but if I came to work for you, how long would I have to wait for my first check and last check. And one last thought.....if your guys are so happy, why do you need to help them out with fuel expenses??? Do you "help" them, or "deduct" them for fuel???
