My help with fuel is a tank per week on me as a fuel premium. Additionally if a guy has unexpected bill hit it may leave him short to roll and I will loan them the fuel in that instance. I pay biweekly therefore two in the hole and paid on the 4th. last check would be deposited on the next following payday and I have never shorted not one tech, not even one outlet ever. Also my guys do not buy material our mso's provide all materials. As far as bennies for in house, that one is somewhat debateable in that it depends if you are inhouse for a prime or MSO, typically if you are with a prime you don't get more than a truck and way overpriced insurance, I have been there on three occasions prior to going the route I am on now. It's all good though we're all on the same side just different applictions. In the end it's all the in the deal you get.
