Is it the condo rules? Your Weber is smoking a pork roast as we speak. matchlight on the bottom (on one side) with Japanese charcoal rounding it out Hickory wood on top soaked in apple juice. Dry rub is equal parts Mcormicks pork rub and brown sugar. Tasty and quick prep, started at 5:00 A.M. was done at 12:00, pulled apart but was NOT dry ..... Served with eggs tasty brunch and mojitos with fresh mint from the kitchen herb garden. Not too many better ways to spend a Sunday.
