OK I'm finally going to buy my first gas grill and give up the charcoal.
Anyone got a recommendations. I've been using a Webber Kettle for years
and will still keep it for certain things like smoking meats and cooking ribs.
But when I get home from work and want to grill I don't feel like waiting
for the coals to get ready. Any how the last gas grill I had still used lava
rocks and they made controlling the heat next to impossible.
