cox wont pay on mistake


im selling for cox as a contractor. as many are aware from time to time in this business you call in a order and your rep # was put in wrong. I was with comcast for a long time and this would be fixed within 24 hours. cox pretty much has a too bad stance on this.
what is the best way to get them to pay for the order?
