What system are we taking about? The other question is what contractor are you working for? The biggest question might be is how many RGU's do you write a week? If you only write 3-5 rgu's a week then you have nothing to fight for. Don't bother your manager to fight for you when you put in mediocre effort all week long. I have see daily where a rep takes an hour of the managers time to look for their one sale that they lost three weeks ago.. UGH. Also your contractor/manager should give you a daily report of your pending/completed/cancels and you really should watch this list. Did you not see the sale on this list the day after you made it? Depending on the system/city you are working this might actually fall into your hands making you liable for your own loss of the sale. Most systems with Cox you are allowed to put in an exception report stating that the order was completed out under a different tech number.
