I know for a FACT that In OHIO the state has adopted the 2005 NEC standards and not the newer ones.... SO FOR A FACT we are still allowed to USE the PAN Clamps... If we were not they would not issue them to us. FACT and we have already had DISH QAS go behind our work and they know that in OHIO the 2005 code applies not the newer one. Before you open your piehole do some research.
