I find it hard to believe the state of Ohio is using  using 7 year old  NEC codes. I bet that if it ever takes a shot of lightning and the insurance adjuster looks at it he'll pull out the newest version of the NEC and you or your company will end up paying the damages.
If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking.
