My first week on my own as an installer I was drilling from the inside out and went right through the middle of the tripelx above the meter. Drill bit went through the wall and all the lights in the house went out. Pulled the bit out of the wall and it was melted down to the leadhole and glowing red hot. Only thing kept me from being fried was the drill was double insulated and I wasn't touching any of the metal parts. That was 25 + years ago.
