Rick, you need to read the IRS rules also, you don't have a clue! Which is why some of you are in the position you are in,lol. If thay mandate training they have to pay you for your time buddy, if they tell you what you have to drive you are an employee, not an independant contractor. Please don't come in here and try telling people who know the rules that they are wrong, it makes you look like a newbie!! If i'm an independant contractor, i'll drive what i want to drive, do the jobs i want to do, come in when i want, go home when i want and make my own decisions.
