No, he is not inhouse, they do give him cable and fittings, but he drives his own vehicle, no vacation time, no sick pay, holiday pay, and no insurance. He is not an employee, although they do give him a w2. No benefits, nothing, he is by all definitions a contractor minus the w2 or the supply of cable and fittings. Not hourly, but peice rate.
I'll find out the name of this company, it's in Colorado Springs.
