No he is an employee, if he is getting a W2, plain and simple. As such they have to pay atleast min wage. Thats why they are going down to the $7.36, but they have to consider his actual time into the job not we will pay at the rate of 1 hr per receiver.
Yeah I would be calling wage and labor on this company.
