Oh no!
He needs to look up the state minimum wage for CO and start composing a log of ALL time spent on the road, at installation sites and company meetings. Then he needs count up any materials he has purchased and any of his tools he has purchased.
Then he needs to request payment...and not minimum wage...comparable electrician helper / low voltage craft person including a refund of all back charges. After he is fired he can go after them.
OR he can continue as things are..................is he eating regular on that money?
