You are right, to an extent, land lines in urban areas has decreased, but the chances of a customer having internet has increased, so they off set, in reverse, rural areas have higher amount of land lines, with SWM and Deca, connection is improving, SWM only has to have one receiver connected to a land line, and all receivers on that network will respond, if its connected to the internet via bbdeca, all receivers will respond. I do disagree with DTV constantly increasing the number required, went from 60% down to 35%, up to 40%, now its up to 45%. That being said, show me 100 homes, and I'll be willing to bet that 40 of them have either land line or internet of some sort.
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
