Key word is salary. You should be on call 24/7, 7 days a week when your salary. There are no overtime laws for a salary worker, I don't care what these guys here say. Consider yourself lucky it's only every 6 weeks. Now don't get offended, but is this the first time you have worked a salary plus benefits managment job?  Get back to us when you get your tax free management Christmas bonus. You might be surprised. Unless you just blew it by posting a complaint here. I don't know. Good luck.
