I work for a company in Dallas Tx. All the supervisors are paid a salary for a 55 hour week. Each one is required to be on call 24/7 every 6 weeks or so. If we are called out after hours or Sat., Sun. we have to go to work. We are paid nothing for this even though the company bills $60.00 an hour to TWC for our time. I have checked and even though this is illegal in most states. Texas is not one of them. I would like some feedback from my brothers in the industry. Am I wrong to have a problem with this situation?
